If you’re a licensed Microsoft 365 Copilot user, GPT-5 is already available. Just look for the “Try GPT-5” button in Copilot Chat. Once activated, you’ll get priority access and enhanced performance.  

Not licensed yet? GPT-5 is rolling out to all users in the coming weeks. And yes, it’s also available in Copilot Studio, where you can build custom agents powered by GPT-5 to automate more ambitious workflows.  

When to Use Researcher Instead
