The holidays should be relaxing and joyous, so take advantage of these features to be more present during the holiday season and enjoy the company of your family.
Focus time | gift yourself some time
Everyone’s rushing to finish work before the holiday and this “go go go” attitude is likely to cause more mayhem and unproductivity. If you can relate, Viva Insights’ “protect time” feature is for you! This feature includes two capabilities: focus plan and quiet time, both equally important and useful.
By designating up to 4 hours per day for focused work, the focus plan in Viva Insights helps you block regular uninterrupted time for your highest-priority tasks. You can also use quiet time in addition to this feature to silence chats in Teams and mute notifications.
To activate these capabilities, simply open Viva Insights, click on Protect time, and book timeslots when you’re most productive. Viva Insights recommends timeslots when you’re free and not booked for a meeting to make it even easier for you to choose your focus time.
Find peace and joy through guided mindfulness
Aside from booking yourself focus time, Viva Insights also provides users with guided meditation techniques to feel more present.
A 5-minute mediation exercise like “Stressed” can help users become more aware of their state of mind and reframe their negative emotions. Take advantage of these exercises to stay focused and maintain inner peace when stressed.
Vibe your way to a stress-free holiday
Quiet time can be too quiet for some. Sometimes we need to find a rhythm we can cling to and just vibe.
