MIKE MAADARANIStrategic Advisor
Mike is an Office 365 productivity specialist focusing on SharePoint implementation and deployment. As an Office Apps & Services MVP, Mike’s areas of expertise are in Content Services, Business Process Automation, Migration, Intranet deployment, end-user adoption, governance and OneDrive deployments. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked for the past 15 years deploying SharePoint and Office 365 solutions to medium to large clients.
Rez is a cloud solutions architect specializing in Azure, Office 365 and SharePoint.  Rez has 20 years of enterprise applications consulting experience including line of business applications, enterprise integration, collaboration, document & records management, business process management as well as web & enterprise content management solutions.
Sim is a seasoned sales & marketing professional with over 15 years of experience working at some of the top companies in Canada.  Over his 11-year career at Microsoft, he held various roles where he spent time developing relationships, strategizing on and implementing effective campaigns and leading technical communities.  Sim brings a wealth of knowledge and skills including a customer-first attitude focusing on relationships, solid business leadership with the ability to develop and optimize business scenarios.  He has a knack for creative thinking, exhibits exceptional people leadership and has a focus on motivation and coaching.
